Peter Kasic Vice President, Global Sales, Worldwide Licensee Partners
In his eleventh year with FranklinCovey, Peter Kasic is a highly experienced member of the organisation with in-depth experience of business issues and an international outlook.
Before joining FranklinCovey, Peter's main experience was in the banking sector – serving 11 years with Lloyds Bank, in areas ranging from branch management to management development. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
Within FranklinCovey, Peter has worked in partnership with clients in the UK and Internationally on a wide range of projects to deliver business improvement through the development of people. Often at board level, he has worked with organisations as diverse as McDonalds, Procter and Gamble, Pfizer, Toyota and Walt Disney.
Peter was charged for two years with the development of FranklinCovey offices within EMEA. Peter worked in the sales environment, co-ordinating with and supporting FranklinCovey's partner offices throughout the region and helping to develop programmes for clients which crossed national and regional boundaries.
Currently, Peter is the Vice=President, Worldwide Licensee Partners. This role involves helping to guide the global strategy, sales, operations and delivery for FranklinCovey in 150 countries. Under Peter's guidance FranklinCovey's network of partner companies have consistently exceeded targets for revenue, growth and quality.
Peter's role allows him to live FranklinCovey's mission of enabling greatness in people and organisations everywhere.
Peter is based in West London, United Kingdom. He is married to the long-suffering Nada and they have two talented children, Pavle and Natalija.
