Stephan Mardyks Co-Chief Operating Officer, Global Operations

Stephan is an industry expert in building and leading global distribution channels. Stephan is also recognized for his expertise in global workforce performance improvement, global best practices of cross-cultural management and strategic negotiation for multinational and government organizations.

Stephan's past experiences include serving as:

• Senior Vice President, Global Operations for Frontline Group, part of a leading private equity investment firm with over $4 billion in capital under management. He was responsible for the company's global strategy and channels.
• Worldwide Managing Director for DOOR Training International, a General Motors/Hughes Aircraft Company acquired by Raytheon Training LLC. At DOOR Training International, he led and managed the day-to-day operations of a training network, operating in over 60 countries throughout The Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Stephan also engineered the implementation of Training Operation Centers for General Motors in various countries throughout the world.
• Vice President of Raytheon Training LLC, where he contributed to forming the global business strategy and management of its Corporate University.

Stephan's educational and professional credentials include:

• Certified as a Mediator by JAMS, Boston, Massachusetts.
• Graduate of University of Paris-Nanterre with two postgraduate degrees, one in Law and the other in Educational Science (DEA-DESS-Doctorant).
• Member of the Board of Trustees in the International Franchise Association Education Foundation and the ICFE Board of Governors.
