The Level 2 Certificate in Personal Effectiveness

The Level 2 Certificate in Personal Effectiveness (Seven Habits) is designed for use in a variety of learning settings, including schools, throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The age range of the material is pre 14 14-16, 16-18 and 19+.

The material is taught over 2 units, each lasting approximately 11 hours. When used within schools and colleges, the content of the course maps into the new Key Stage 3 and 4 PSHE Curriculum and can also be used within Enterprise and Business Education. It is also proving invaluable material for the Healthy Schools agenda and the SEAL initiative.

The course helps engage students to build employability skills by improving proficiencies such as time management and at the same time develops proactive behaviour and effective communication skills.

FranklinCovey provides the student and facilitator materials and recommend one day accreditation session to guide facilitators as to the delivery method and use of the support materials.

Your organisation would need to register with Qualifications Network to become an approved centre to offer the assessment which students can sit once they have completed the programme. The qualification then offers students a visible record of achievement.
