Certify to Teach

How To Certify

For organisations seeking cost-effective ways to implement solutions involving large populations of managers and frontline workers, FranklinCovey certifies on-site client facilitators to teach our content and adapt it to your organisation’s needs. FranklinCovey has over 45,000 client facilitators world-wide certified to teach in 41 different content areas.

How to:

Client facilitators can certify in 41 different content areas by attending a live certification programme or via our new virtual FAST TRACK process that allows you to self-certify without leaving your home or office. Both certification experiences are designed to ensure that you are a highly effective facilitator and to empower you to choose the best method for your budget, timing and skill development.

Step 1:

Contact your designated FranklinCovey Client Partner, if you are unsure who this is please call 01295 274145.  Then the content workshop that you wish to become certified in. Register and attend the programme as a participant. Most workshops are offered as a live, open-enrolment public programme or “virtually” through a webinar.

Step 2:

Register to attend a certification programme. The tuition for certifying at a live event or virtually through FAST TRACK is the same. Sign a FranklinCovey Client Facilitator License Agreement.

At this time, you are required to pay the license fee, certification tuition, and a minimum required purchase of participant manuals. You may also need to purchase a facilitator kit and programme videos if they are not included in your tuition. Consult with your Client Partner for clarification.

Step 3:

Attend and complete your certification experience.
