Francis Owu, Consultant

Francis has a passion for delivering solutions that impact on and provide results for organisations and individuals. He believes the power of FranklinCovey’s solutions fit with his outlook on how improvements can be achieved to deliver sustainable results.
Francis began his career in HM Forces as a Mechanical Engineer for 15 years and then moved into auto sales where he spent 2 ½ years developing his skills in sales. In 2000 Francis moved into the training environment where he held the position of Learning and Development Manager for 6 years in the automobile sector.
Within his role Francis developed bespoke leadership, management, sales and product training solutions, delivering these solutions through conferences, workshops, seminars and learning facilitation. Francis also licensed to deliver the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People in his organisation under the FranklinCovey Licensed facilitator programme.
The business impact Francis delivered in this role demonstrated his ability to lead projects and implement effective policies to improve the development of the organisation. In 2004 Francis led the project implementing FSA Authorisation and Implementation. This also involved developing an internet-based Learning Management solution within CarLand. Francis finished his career leading a dealership in Manchester as Dealer Principal.
Francis joined FranklinCovey in January 2007 and is certified to deliver a number of FranklinCovey programmes listed below. In addition, Francis also delivers FranklinCovey web-based content through our LiveClicks platform. He finds delivering online to clients simultaneously across several continents “a lot of fun”.
Francis is creative and musical with interests in cinema and filmmaking, recording, guitar and a lot of reading.
