Francis began his career in HM Forces as a Mechanical Engineer for 15 years, he then moved in to auto sales where he spend 2 ½ years developing his skills in sales. In 2000 Francis moved into the training environment where he held the position of Learning and Development
Manager for 6 years in the automobile sector.

Within his role Francis developed bespoke leadership, management, sales and product training solutions; delivering these solutions through conferences, workshops, seminars and learning facilitation. Francis also licensed to deliver the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People in his
organisation under the FranklinCovey T3 programme.

The business impact Francis delivered whilst being in this role demonstrated his ability to lead projects and implement effective policies to improve the development of the organisation. Francis was involved in implementing the FSA regulation and authorisation and implementing
an internet-based Learning Management solution within CarLand. Francis finished his career leading a dealership in Manchester as Dealer Principal.

Francis has a passion for delivering solutions that impact on and provide results for organisations and individuals. He believes the power of FranklinCovey’s solutions fit with his outlook on how improvements can be achieved to deliver sustainable results. Francis joined FranklinCovey in January 2007 and is certified to deliver the following FranklinCovey programmes; The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, The 7 Habits for Mangers, Focus:Achieving your Highest Priorities, Leadership: Great Leaders •Great Teams •Great Results, the communication series and, he can also deliver some of our more extensive range of programmessuch as The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teenagers and The 7 Habits for Families.

Francis is very creative and musical with interests in filmmaking, playing and recording the guitar and reading. He also has an interest in jurisprudence and focusing on the steps he can make to encourage companies and citizens to make a commitment to improve the community.
