BALANCING BEHAVIOURAL DEVELOPMENT WITH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Our content can help ensure your learners are equipped to implement their knowledge under pressure, in partnership with others and take full ownership of it.
MAINTAINING THE SPEED AND QUALITY OF VIRTUAL DELIVERY
Our digital capability enables agility through live-online or self-directed learning, supported by intuitive tools, award-winning videos and a platform designed to push just-in-time microlearning to learners.
ALIGNMENT TO OFSTED’S EDUCATION INSPECTION FRAMEWORK
This is something FranklinCovey is uniquely qualified to address.
INCREASED LEARNER RETENTION
Attract, energise and retain your learners as a result of both your own time freed up to focus on wellbeing and relevant, world-class resources at hand.
Ensuring apprentice welfare amidst disrupted learning, challenging experiences and uncertain futures is essential. In addition to pastoral care, mentors and tutors need to be equipped with the flexibility, relevant resources and language to empower learners as people first.
The move from tick box training to embedded learning that sticks is imperative to the success of apprenticeships, but that does not equal increased cost or decreased efficiency.
One price gives your learners unlimited access to all of our world-class content, tools and videos. We have chosen a subscription-based model to allow organisations the opportunity to truly deconstruct what's available and create better aligned solutions. We licence this intellectual property to clients and partners, providing both parties with the flexibility needed to succeed.

Stage 1: Content Alignment to Standard Titles

European Head of PartnershipsLearn more
Phiroze has established a wealth of experience working in an industry where people equal progress, partnership is the priority and premium service is essential to sustainable success.
With 7 years’ experience in professional development and workplace improvement, Phiroze was first introduced to the importance of recognising and developing the “whole person” during his time as a Director at O.C. Tanner. He has built on this at FranklinCovey, gaining a breath of knowledge in strategy execution, leadership, trust and sales performance- all rooted in the power of human behaviour.
A true understanding of how individuals impact an organisation enrichens the relationships he creates in service of both bespoke, empowered learning and sustainable results across differing industries and objectives. It is also what inspired him to lead the team extending the frontier of FranklinCovey into the apprenticeship space, motivated by the mutual potential and opportunity to provide transformative solutions in a talent-defining sector.
Phiroze champions FranklinCovey’s values in his commitment to achieve greatness for his clients whatever their goal, and his passion for building win/win partnerships. His own personal brand of drive, determination and dedication can be traced to a background in motorsport, which he still holds strong ties to today.
Head of ConsultancyLearn more
As a commercial and strategic learning and development leader, consultant, facilitator and coach, Paul’s dual passions are people development and organisational impact. His relationship with FranklinCovey has been rich, starting first as a client for 12 years, before bringing his expertise implementing learning across the retail, legal and hospitality sectors to us as our Head of Consultancy. Whether helping others to develop coaching skills as a “Master Facilitator”, enabling organisations to deliver sustainable results through learning or supporting teams through significant change, a consistent thread throughout his career is an ability to connect with people whatever their goal or role.
It is unsurprising then that Paul’s skillset has been adding value to the apprenticeship space for over a decade, which includes leading the team responsible for the first ever Facilities Management apprenticeship in the UK. As a qualified assessor himself, and with experience leading the apprenticeship team for a FTSE30 organisation, Paul’s guidance benefits from both past success as an employer provider plus real world understanding of the learner. In 2009, Paul led the programme which represented the first ever mapping of FranklinCovey content into an apprenticeship; today he is on the frontline diversifying our offering across sectors, training facilitators and fostering transformative partnerships for more engaged apprentices.
Over 25 years Lucy has crafted an impressive and versatile career as a highly experienced L&D professional, consultant and facilitator, making a difference to a multitude of large businesses- including the delivery of management apprenticeships in a FTS30 organisation.
Her area of expertise lies in building and embedding strategic interventions that energise all levels of an organisation, through the sustainable development of their people. Responsible for introducing award-winning development programmes and delivering measurable outcomes such as higher engagement, lower team turn-over and improved career progression, Lucy consistently fosters confidence and challenges embedded behaviours in others to great business-critical impact.
An understanding of the important roles character and culture play in driving effectiveness, alongside the robust systems supporting it, has also been the backdrop to Lucy’s ongoing valuable contribution to the apprenticeship space. Lucy led team who designed and delivered the UK’s first ever Facilities Management apprenticeship and has also pioneered the introduction of apprenticeships into large multi-site organisations. Today Lucy is a valued member of the FranklinCovey Apprenticeship team, supporting the alignment of our content into an increasing breadth of apprenticeship standards.
