Francis is highly-regarded FranklinCovey Consultant  of over 15 years with a passion for delivering solutions that provide sustainable results for organisations and individuals everywhere. He began his career as a Mechanical Engineer and spent 15 years working in various leadership roles in organisations in Germany, Asia and the UK. Francis has rich experience developing bespoke leadership, management, sales and product training solutions, delivering these solutions through conferences, workshops, seminars and learning facilitation.

In addition to live workshops, today Francis delivers live-online sessions to delegates simultaneously across several continents, which he describes as a lot of fun.
