Francis Owu
Francis is one of FranklinCovey’s longest-standing consultants with a passion for delivering impact to people and organisations.
Francis began his career as a Mechanical Engineer and spent 15 years working in various leadership roles in organisations in Germany, Asia and the UK. In 2000 Francis took a lead first in Sales and then in Learning and Development in the automobile sector. In this role Francis developed bespoke leadership, management, sales and product training solutions, delivering these solutions through conferences, workshops, seminars and learning facilitation. Francis also licensed to deliver the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People under the FranklinCovey Licensed facilitator programme.
Francis also demonstrated his ability to lead projects and implement effective policies to improve the development of organisations. In 2004 he led the project implementing FSA Authorisation for the sale of general insurance products. This also involved developing an internet-based Learning Management solution. Francis continued his career as the General Manager of a division based in the North West UK.
In January 2007 Francis joined FranklinCovey and entered in perhaps the most exciting and rewarding phase of his career. Francis has helped many individuals and organisations deliver sustainable results through effective behavioural change.
