Tim is a trusted advisor to executive teams across FTSE companies, global brands and public sector leaders.

With a career spanning over three decades, Tim is a seasoned leadership coach and facilitator, leveraging a rich tapestry of experiences to drive impactful change. Commencing with a disciplined military career, he has honed his expertise through over two decades of running his own Leadership Development business and working as an associate with FranklinCovey Global.

Tim brings a field-tested, pragmatic perspective to leadership, with a knack for developing adaptive and agile teams. His insights have benefitted diverse enterprise clients worldwide, and he currently spearheads the Organisational Development Practice for FranklinCovey Europe, overseeing major enterprise-level change programs.

In his previous role as Director of Coaching, Tim delivered a transformative 5-year systemic leadership coaching program for Microsoft executives worldwide. This program accelerated business results, improved alignment, and emphasised both hard-edge execution and soft-edge cultural skills essential for growth.
