Welcome Admins: Get ready to launch, manage and measure the impact journeys and content of your learners.

We need a few details before your All Access Pass subscription can go live. Please review the coloured boxes below.

Step 1
Safelisting

Safelisting is essential because it ensures learners can access the platform and receive all associated email communications. Click to download our AAP General Tech Specs document and send it to your IT team so they can follow the necessary steps.

Step 2
Confirm Your Client Admins

We will be connecting and talking to you to discuss who will be your designated Client Administrator.

Step 3
Unique URL

We will set up a unique URL through which yourself, Client Admins and Facilitators will access the platform. This link is customised with your company name. Please see an example below.

Step 4
Account Name

We will be connecting with you to discuss and confirm your Company Name for when learners are enrolled. When you enrol your learners to the platform they will receive an automated e-mail to say ‘Congratulations! *Company Name* have enrolled you into a FranklinCovey All Access Pass’ and please be aware this cannot be changed once it is in place.

Step 5
SCORM (If Applicable)

Please click to download and complete our AAP-Scorm Request form. This is crticial to ensuring the platform runs smoothly and learning goes uninterrupted.

Step 6
SSO (If Applicable)

Please click to download and complete our AAP- SSO Request form. This is critical to ensuring the platform runs smoothly and learning goes uninterrupted.

  • 01
    Access the Impact Platform Admin Function and Learner Site

    Administrators and facilitators can access the Admin Platform, where you can conduct admin functions and access facilitator materials. Please look out for your activation email, which will come from [email protected]

    To access the learner site and FranklinCovey content, learners will log in at https://app.franklincovey.com   Your learners have forgotten their passwords? Please have them navigate to https://app.franklincovey.com/password_reset

  • 02
    Watch Your Platform Orientation

    Your Engagement Partner will be in touch to share a recorded platform orientation. This helps Client Administrators understand what resources are available and where they are located, to ensure our partnership has the greatest impact in your organisation and on your learners. You will then be invited to take part in a Q&A session to dive deeper into the platform.

  • 03
    Manage Your Learners and Assign Content

    Your FranklinCovey Team will work with you to orient you to the Impact Platform admin function. As you learn, you can refer to the Help Centre for Client Administrators  page to access additional information and resource.

  • 04
    Launch With Your Learners

    Please follow the steps outlined here to upload your learners and send a welcome email prompting them to explore the Impact Platform. You can also check out the Help Centre for Learners page and share it with your learners to provide them with additional resources to navigate the platform.
